Return Policy

At London Cat Shop, we want to ensure that both you and your feline friend are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer an exchange-only return policy to make sure you and your cat are content with their new products. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the procedures and guidelines.

Return Eligibility:

  1. Exchange Only: We only accept exchanges; we do not offer refunds. You can exchange a product for an item of equal or greater value.

  2. Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange.

  3. Original Condition: All items being returned must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition. The product should be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team: Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team via customer.service@londoncatshop.com to initiate the exchange process. Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the details of the product you wish to exchange for.

  2. Await Authorization: Our Customer Service Team will review your request and provide you with an Exchange Authorization number and instructions for returning the product.

Returning the Product:

  1. Carefully package the item(s) you wish to exchange, ensuring it is in its original condition with all tags and accessories.

  2. Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation, with the Exchange Authorization number clearly marked.

  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service Team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the exchange.

  2. If the exchange is for a product of equal value, we will send the replacement product to you at no additional charge.

  3. If the exchange is for a product of greater value, you will be required to pay the price difference.

Exceptions:

  1. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

  2. Cat food and treats cannot be exchanged for health and safety reasons.

Next-Day Delivery

At London Cat Shop, we understand the importance of receiving your cat's essentials promptly. That's why we offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM. We are committed to making sure your feline companion has what they need when they need it. Please read our next-day delivery policy to understand how it works:

Order Deadline:

To be eligible for next-day delivery, your order must be placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM.

Contact Us for Missed Deadline:

We understand that life can get busy, and you might occasionally miss the 2:00 PM cut-off for next-day delivery. In such cases, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team at customer.service@londoncatshop.com  to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide alternative delivery options.

Delivery Timing:

  1. Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  2. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery the following business day.
